Day Three/Day Four
Tuesday, I woke up and felt pretty good. Training got out early, so I decided to head down to Queens. I stopped by Deb and Greg's place. We hung out a little while with one of Greg's bandmates, Sam, whom I had met last year at this dive bar party for one of Deb's friends. He seemed absolutely infatuated with my Sidekick and spent like 20 minutes playing with it. Good times.
I left around 7:15 to head down by Remy's to hang with him and his wife. We had dinner at King China Buffet which was really good. Kind of a mix of all the dim sum staples and other miscellaneous Chinese type dishes. My favorite were the cream chese wonton thingys. We then headed down to their place to hang out.
Remy and I watched some of the Dave Chapelle DVD and then Katie joined us for 24. After that Katie and I watched Queer Eye while Remy grumbled about the morons on DDR Freak. Their cat is really cute, and a real slut. He kept coming to lay on my lap.
We're all probably going to get together again on Friday with Phrekwenci for a blowout party or something like that. It was a lot of fun though, Dan and Katie are super cool.
Wendesday was pretty sucky. I had a narcoleptic moment during class and slept through lunch on my desk. Training got out around 4:30 and I headed over to the White Plains Bowl to play some arrow stomping. Other than being the only decent player there and AAing B4U, nothing eventful happened.
I'm back at the hotel now listening to the amazing William Hung. This album is insane. Hey, say what you want about him, but at least he's on key. Gotta give him credit for that. He's keeping it wreaol, after all.
TV tonight's going to be awesome. The Swan is going to be on and Spike tells me they play DDR on South Park. Oh my god, Naoki killed Kenny!
That's about it for now. I took tons of pictures yesterday and plan to post them when I get back home. This camera has a stupid proprietary connector thingy and I didn't bring a CF drive to read the card. Oh well.
I think Leslie's going insane back home with boredom.
