Pinnacle Studio 8 Sucks

Have I mentioned lately how much Pinnacle Studio 8 blows?

Well, it really does.

It's really great for editing and all. However, once you need to actually, well you know, RENDER IT INTO A USABLE FORMAT, it takes literally an entire day to render like 2 hours of video.

Their support is the worst that I've ever had to deal with. What a garbage product. If anyone has anything better that I can use to capture video using their DC-10+ capture card product, I'm all ears. Premiere 6.5 doesn't support it because it doesn't have DirectShow capture support. Bleh.
